Local forager and author of Foraging the Ozarks, Bo Brown, leads this evening centered around two Ozarks-native wild foods. He’ll teach how to turn acorns into flour, share a recipe for his acorn-persimmon thumbprint cookies and, depending on the harvest, provide some samples. Ages 12+ welcome.
