A motorcyclist was seriously hurt in Lebanon when a driver fleeing deputies hit him

A 39-year-old Lebanon man was seriously hurt early Sunday, Nov. 1, when a driver running from Laclede County deputies struck his motorcycle. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash at Elm Street and Springfield Road. An ambulance took him to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon.

He was riding a Harley-Davidson when the fleeing vehicle hit him.

Troopers say a Ford Focus left the road, came back onto it and hit the Harley. It then ran off the road again and hit several objects before stopping. KY3 says the driver ran from the scene on foot and that deputies and troopers searched the area.

I need to make a very PUBLIC announcement on behalf of those of us who are 60-something.

“If you see a 67-year-old who seems a little boring now, understand something… WE ALREADY GOT IT IN. Like…GOT. IT. IN. 😂 We’re not sitting home on Friday night because we never knew how to have fun. We’re sitting home because WE’VE HAD ENOUGH FUN FOR THREE LIFETIMES. We went to parties in farmhouses, machine sheds…”

The Wrap

Downtown's holiday season gets an early start with a name that makes us grin. J.O.B. Public House becomes a pop-up bar called J.Ho.Ho.B. starting Wednesday, Nov. 4, and it stays open through Jan. 2, 2027. The pitch is that it may have the most elaborate decorations in town. Deck those halls.
