About this event
Hot 60 is a one-hour hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, and cooling floor postures with a final savasana. This class captures the essence of a traditional hot yoga practice while incorporating the flow and grace of other Hatha sequences. Students will receive all the benefits of hot yoga with an extra emphasis on hip opening, upper body strengthening, and core stability. All levels, including absolute beginners, are welcome.
