GNO HOT SEAT (Dance Only) - BOUNCE by Timbaland & Justin Timberlake

About this event

*Once the Pick a Spot feature is enabled for this class, if you sign up for class 30 minutes or less before class start time, your spot is NOT guaranteed. It's The HOT Seat with a twist! This highly requested class will dive deep into the main focus: learning the Hot Seat dance of the month step by step. This 45 minute quickie is all focused on the current month's dance and getting confident with your moves. GNO: (GIRLS NIGHT OUT) Come early or stay after Hot Seat and grab a seltzer or a shot to help you loosen up a little bit more and hang out with your girls! Bring a group of your best girlfriends to enjoy this night! Be sure to wear short shorts with long socks/stockings or long pants with short socks. This class is heated between 90 and 100 degrees, so be sure to bring your water. Come ready to embrace the shake and your inner Sasha Fierce. *Explicit
