- ➤ A community life jacket drive was held on Saturday, June 28 at Bridgeway Plaza in Shell Knob to honor 14-year-old Ean Heuback who drowned on Table Rock Lake. The event began with a pancake breakfast and featured 50 life jackets donated by Bass Pro Shops (ranging from baby sizes to 4X) to help keep everyone safe. KY3
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A one-year-old boy from Seymour died after a tractor struck him on Walnut Ridge Road about 4 miles south of Seymour when a man aged 73 was backing up the tractor just before 11 a.m.+ the boy was pronounced dead at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. KY3

- ➤ Last weekend, two individuals damaged a floating wetland habitat at Fellows Lake—a water source and family retreat—and the lake warned visitors not to climb on or tie boats to the delicate wetlands as security will enforce all rules. OzarksFirst.com
