- ➤ Springfield flower shops reported record Mother’s Day orders as high demand forced one owner to close her website and led some to raise prices due to tariffs on imported blooms—owner Cherrelle Hitchcock said sales doubled compared to Valentine’s Day. - ➤ Alliance for Healthcare Education held its first pinning ceremony for 10 students who completed the CNA program (part of the Ozarks Tech Alliance Middle College program) to help ease local healthcare shortages.
