- ➤ Rescue One volunteers drove 1,200 miles from Springfield to retrieve 1,500 dogs rescued from a controversial breeding facility in Wisconsin. Ten dogs will begin foster care while the remainder will be placed in shelters, ensuring all animals are safe by the end of today. KY3

- ➤ Roofing companies are still handling thousands of calls after last Tuesday’s hailstorm damaged roofs from Monett to Springfield (homeowners are urged to get multiple estimates as repairs may not begin until next month due to rising material costs). KY3
- ➤ After 25 years as Incredible Pizza (now Incredible Food and Fun), the family entertainment center updated its menu and facility to attract a new generation. - ➤ Evangel University will restructure its online learning program by integrating it with its College of Arts and Sciences for the 2026-27 school year in Springfield.
