- ➤ Central High School's Kilties, the nation's first all-girl Scottish drum and bugle corps, will celebrate 100 years this winter with events including a history walk Friday (5:30–7 p.m.) at the Commons, a pancake breakfast Saturday (8–10 a.m.) at The Elks Lodge, and more on Saturday and Sunday. - ➤ On Tuesday, Apr. 7, voters in Logan-Rogersville R-8 School District approved a $24 million bond for projects including new ag center at the high school (300 N.
