- ➤ Local historians at the Springfield-Greene County Library District have uncovered new evidence that challenges the long-held view of the 1865 Wild Bill Hickok vs. Davis Tutt shootout location, finding that Hickok stood on the southwest rather than the southeast corner plus court records show Tutt was in court that morning.
